How a placement runs

Four steps, start to finish. Most employer roles move from first call to first shift inside a week.

    Twenty minutes on the role, the shift, the rate and what a good hire looks like on your floor.

  2. Shortlist

    We screen, interview and check references, then send three to five people worth your time.

  3. You choose

    Meet whoever you like. We book the interviews and handle the back-and-forth on scheduling.

  4. Start & check-in

    Paperwork, payroll and first-day logistics are ours. We follow up at day one, week two and month one.
